Olivier Salad with Sausage and Peas
Ingredients
- Potato - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 12.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Doctor's Sausage - 17.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 6 oz
- Dill - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and gently lower the eggs in using a tablespoon to prevent them from cracking. Boil the eggs for 13 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the potato and carrot into 1 cm cubes.
Step 4
Cut the sausage and both types of cucumbers into the same-sized cubes.
Step 5
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and then toss in the potatoes.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, add the carrot to it.
Step 7
After 5 minutes, drain the vegetables in a colander and let them cool.
Step 8
Once the eggs are cooked, cool them in ice water. Peel and dice them.
Step 9
Mix the potatoes, carrots, all the cucumbers, eggs, sausage, canned peas, and chopped dill.
Step 10
Before serving, dress the salad with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
