Description
I serve this salad as a main dish (it’s quite filling) with black Borodinsky bread and fresh dill. You can also add croutons made from black bread directly into the salad when serving.
Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail - 14.1 oz
- Pickles - 4 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 7 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - ½ can
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the seafood cocktail in a wok with a small amount of vegetable oil for 3–5 minutes until cooked. Let it cool.
Step 2
Dice all other ingredients (after boiling them).
Step 3
Mix everything in a large bowl, dressing it with mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice.
Step 4
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve.
