Description
A more elaborate version of the fish Olivier salad — created by a chef from a popular American restaurant. Smoked salmon is the star, while the crab adds a nod to the classic seafood version of Olivier salad, and the caviar is there to make life a little more luxurious.

- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 8.8 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Red Caviar - 0.9 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 0.4 oz
- Cucumbers - 2.6 oz
- Blue Crabs - 0.9 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots, potatoes, and eggs, let them cool, and then dice them into small cubes. Also, chop the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel the fresh cucumbers and dice them into small cubes.
Step 3
Dice the smoked salmon into small cubes and slice the green onion into thin strips.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients except for the crab, caviar, and frisée lettuce. Dress with mayonnaise and season with salt.
Step 5
Carefully transfer the salad onto a plate, then garnish with frisée lettuce, Kamchatka crab, and caviar on top. Decorate the plate with drizzles of olive oil and balsamic cream.
