Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil and dice the carrot, potato, and chicken egg.
Step 2
Dice the cucumber into small cubes.
Step 3
Chop the green onion (scallions) into small rings and finely chop the dill. Dice the Tambov ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients with homemade mayonnaise and truffle oil. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
