Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Pickles - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers - 4.2 oz
- Green Peas - 4.9 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 2.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Red Caviar - to taste
- Smoked turkey roll - 5.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with added lemon juice.
Step 2
Peel and boil the carrots.
Step 3
Boil the eggs in water with added vinegar, then peel them.
Step 4
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 5
Wash the fresh cucumbers and peel them.
Step 6
Remove the meat from the turkey leg.
Step 7
Dice all prepared ingredients except for the yolks.
Step 8
Prepare the sauce: grate the yolks finely, add mayonnaise and sour cream, and mix well.
Step 9
In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, egg whites, fresh and pickled cucumbers, turkey leg meat, and peas.
Step 10
Dress with the sauce and mix well.
Step 11
Garnish with red caviar before serving.
