This recipe uses vegan sausages. If you're not vegan, you can use regular sausages.
Ingredients
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Green Peas - 3.5 oz
- Sausages - 3.5 oz
- Herbed Tofu - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 0 fl oz
- Tofu - 0.5 oz
- Dijon Mustard - ½ spoons
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 1 fl oz
- Lime Juice - ½ spoons
- Champagne Vinegar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare vegan mayonnaise: combine vegetable oil, coconut oil, tofu, mustard, milk, lime juice, and white wine vinegar in a blender and blend thoroughly. Season with salt. Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 2
Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots, and remove the skin from the fresh cucumbers.
Step 3
Dice all the vegetables and sausages into small cubes (an ideal housewife would make them the size of a pea).
Step 4
Dress with vegan mayonnaise and season with salt to taste, mix well, and transfer the dish to a salad bowl or serve on individual plates.
