- Dijon Mustard - 1½ teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Safflower Oil - to taste
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
- Sausages - 8 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 140 grams of flour and 1 tablespoon of mustard powder.
Step 2
Beat 3 large eggs with 300 ml of milk and, while pouring in a thin stream, mix with the flour, add salt to taste, and you can also add crushed dried herbs, mix until smooth and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop two large onions and sauté them in sunflower oil.
Step 4
Separately, fry meatballs made from 300 grams of ground meat and 8 sausages or 4 frankfurters.
Step 5
Keep them on low heat until the meatballs are cooked through.
Step 6
In a large greased baking dish, layer the onions, meatballs, sausages, pour the egg mixture over everything, and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven until cooked through.
