- Omelet Fish - 4 lbs
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.9 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - 0.1 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Clean and gut the fish.
Step 3
Sprinkle the inside of the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with orange juice, and let marinate for 2–3 hours.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Send the fish to the oven for 20–25 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the baked fish with pomegranate sauce.
