- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms (frozen or fresh) to the bowl. Turn on the 'Fry' mode.
Step 3
Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds.
Step 4
Cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Add the chopped pepper to the mushrooms.

Sauté until the pepper is soft and the liquid has completely evaporated.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Add salt to taste.

Pepper and whisk until smooth.

Add milk.
