- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 1 head
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat half of the oil in a non-stick skillet and sauté the garlic and onion until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini, add to the skillet, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a large plate.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti, cheese sauce, and parsley, season to taste, and mix well. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet and pour in the mixture. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Grill the dish for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
