Ingredients
- Onion - 9.7 oz
- Celery salt - 1.1 oz
- Sumac - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the celery into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the onion into slightly larger pieces.
Step 3
Heat both types of oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add the onion and celery to the skillet. Sauté over high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pepper mix.
Step 6
Season with salt and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add sumac. Stir and sauté for another 3–5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 8
Rinse the parsley.
Step 9
Chop finely.
Step 10
Mix the parsley with the onion. Serve in portions as a garnish.
