Ingredients
- Onion - 10 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Carrot - 0 oz
- Potato - 0 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Celery salt - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the onions, cut them into strips, and pour boiling water over them for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water and add flour to the onions.
Step 3
Chop the herbs.
Step 4
Grate the raw potato and carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Add the herbs, potato, carrot, vegetable oil, salt, and spices to the onions, and mix everything together.
Step 6
Fry the patties like pancakes, browning them on both sides until golden.
Step 7
Place the finished patties in another pan on low heat under a lid to finish cooking (for about 20 minutes).
