Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Then drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Step 2
Add 1 egg, butter, and mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 3
Place the dough in a springform pan, creating edges, and put it in the freezer while preparing the filling.
Step 4
Chop the bell peppers into small pieces and lightly sauté them.
Step 5
Chop the onion and sauté it in a separate pan, then add the minced meat and cook until almost done, seasoning with salt. Add the bell peppers and finely chopped tomatoes, then place the filling on the dough.
Step 6
Mix the cream and tomato paste. Add 2 eggs and lightly beat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pie filling.
Step 7
Bake for 40 minutes at 392°F. Sprinkle grated cheese on top 10 minutes before it's done.
