- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Vegetables - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry, roll it out into a sheet, and distribute it along the bottom of a baking dish to form low sides (maximum 5 cm).
Step 2
Finely chop the chicken fillet, mix it with the chopped champignon mushrooms, chosen vegetables, spices, add a bit of grated cheese (50 g), sour cream, and crack the egg into the mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry. If the edges are higher, fold them inward. Lightly sprinkle with cheese and place in the preheated oven.
Step 4
When a yellowish crust appears and the mixture slightly hardens, remove it, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and return it to the oven until a golden crust forms.
