Description
To prepare the champagne punch, use glass, porcelain, and non-reactive metal containers. Serve with a small non-reactive ladle or spoon. Serve chilled (no more than +15 degrees Celsius). Ice can be added.

- Oranges - 6 pieces
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 qt
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Dry Champagne - 25 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the orange segments from the membranes, cut them into 2-3 pieces, and place them at the bottom of the punch bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 2
Add chilled fresh orange juice to the punch bowl and stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Pour the chilled champagne into the mixture and serve immediately. Pour in front of your guests into large glass bowls or glasses. Serve with a straw and a spoon for the fruit.
