Ingredients
- Vodka - 1 fl oz
- Saffron - 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Fructose - 0 fl oz
- Kumquat - 0.7 oz
- Quillaja extract - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Infuse the vodka with saffron for 24 hours (0.20 g of spice per liter of vodka).
Step 2
Muddle the kumquat in a shaker, then add vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, and fructose syrup. Shake the mixture in the shaker with aquafaba until it reaches a foamy consistency (if using egg white, about 15 ml per serving). Strain the cocktail into a glass using a fine sieve.
Step 3
Garnish with dried flowers.
