- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Beans - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Donut Peaches - ½ piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the fruits thoroughly.
Step 2
Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
Step 3
Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 4
Cut the peach into small cubes or thin strips.
Step 5
Place the prepared fruits in a salad bowl.
Step 6
Cut the oranges in half.
Step 7
Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the pulp from each half, break it into small pieces, and thoroughly clean it from any remaining white skin and seeds.
Step 8
Add the pieces of pulp to the salad bowl.
Step 9
Sprinkle the salad with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, then drizzle with lemon juice and gently mix.

Fill the emptied orange halves with the prepared fruit salad and place them in the refrigerator.

Before serving, whip the sour cream (or cream) with a mixer, adding the remaining powdered sugar.
Step 12
Use the resulting mixture to decorate the stuffed orange halves.
