Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 3.5 oz
- Corn Salad - 1.8 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 1.1 oz
- Mango - 1.1 oz
- Artichokes in Oil - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ginger-mango sauce - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper, then grill it on a grill pan or grill until grill marks appear. To do this, grill the fillet for 1.5 minutes, then turn it with tongs or a spatula 90 degrees (so that the grill lines are horizontal) and grill for another 1.5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the salad on one side of the plate. Add the grapefruit segments, peeled from the membranes, on top. Arrange the artichoke, cut into 4 pieces, around the salad on all four sides.
Step 3
Peel the mango. Slice it into 1-2 mm thick pieces. Place it on top of the salad.
Step 4
Slice the grilled fillet across the grain into pieces about 2.5 cm thick and arrange them on the other side of the plate.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad and chicken fillet evenly with ginger sauce.
