Description

I do not add salt to the dough for real pasta. Pasta is cooked in salted water!!!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the flour onto the table, make a well in the flour, and crack the eggs into this well (1 egg for every 100 g of flour).

Step 2

Whisk the eggs with a fork, then gradually start to sprinkle the flour from the edges so that the eggs do not spill out.

Step 3

Once the eggs are fully combined with the flour, continue kneading the dough by hand until it reaches a very thick and elastic consistency (about 10 minutes).

Step 4

Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap (or a plastic bag), and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The dough is ready.

Step 5

Roll out the dough by hand or with a pasta machine, and shape it as desired. (In the photo, I used a pasta cutter to make thin noodles.)
