Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Apple - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 4.4 oz
- Curry - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Corn Salad - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard for 8 minutes, peel, and slice into rounds.
Step 2
Wash and dry the salad.
Step 3
Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, peel, and dice into small cubes.
Step 4
Peel the banana and also cut it into small cubes.
Step 5
Rinse the shrimp in a strainer and let the water drain.
Step 6
Place the salad leaves in a salad bowl, layer the egg rounds, fruit cubes, and shrimp on top.
Step 7
Prepare the dressing from mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and dress the salad.
Step 8
Sprinkle chopped herbs on top. If using watercress, it should be washed, dried, and cut with scissors.
