- Poultry - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Smoked salt - 1 tablespoon
- Herb Bouquet - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a roasting bag and put it in the oven preheated to 356°F for 75 to 90 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
Step 4
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, toss in the potatoes, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the water, then add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and herbs to the pot with the potatoes. Mix well.
Step 6
Cut the onion into large wedges.
Step 7
Spread the onions and potatoes on a baking sheet, then scatter pieces of butter on top. Place the baking sheet with the potatoes in the oven alongside the chicken for 30–40 minutes.
