Ingredients
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Spices - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and add dried fruits (raisins and chopped dried apricots). For sweetness, add a quarter of a green apple.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemon juice, add spices, salt (1 tablespoon), sugar (1 tablespoon), 1 clove of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the juice. Generously coat the chicken with the sauce and fill it with the rice garnish.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a cooking bag and let it marinate for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the second side — the potatoes. Slice them, season well with salt, add spices to taste, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Place the chicken on a baking sheet, add the potatoes. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 392°F. If a more well-done chicken is desired, cook it for an additional 15 minutes at 302°F on convection.
