- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the fish (I have perch): if the fish is fresh, gut it along with the gills; if it's frozen, thaw it and then do the same.
Step 2
Salt the inside of the belly to taste.
Step 3
Then add sliced onions and drizzle mayonnaise over the onions.
Step 4
Place the fish on a baking sheet and bake at 180–392°F for 25–30 minutes.
