- Pork Neck - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat well under running water, pat it dry, and cut it into steaks about 1 cm thick. Make shallow cuts on each side of the pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Place the portioned pieces in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for about 30–40 minutes uncovered.
Step 4
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Crush the garlic using a press.
Step 6
Remove the dish with the meat from the oven.
Step 7
Flip the pieces in the dish.
Step 8
Spread the prepared garlic on each piece.
Step 9
Top the steaks with the grated hard cheese and return to the oven to bake for about 10 minutes.

Serve the baked steaks warm or hot. Optionally, garnish with parsley.
