Ingredients
- Potato - 6 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Cilantro - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Peanut Sprouts - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Bring water to a boil and add salt.

Boil the potatoes in their skins until fully cooked.
Step 3
Place the cooked potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Make crosswise cuts on it, reaching halfway through.
Step 5
Use a large flat-bottomed glass to crush the potatoes, shaping them into patties.
Step 6
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil, and place in the oven preheated to 392°F on the grill setting for 30 minutes.

While the potatoes are in the oven, prepare the sauce. In a blender, combine the herbs, garlic, avocado flesh, peanuts, and add water and lemon juice.

Blend until smooth. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
