The perfect beer snack. The secret to these ribs lies in the generous amount of spices that should be rubbed into every single millimeter of the meat.
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 4 lbs
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 spoons
- Dried onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 2 spoons
- Ground Cumin - ½ spoons
- Barbecue sauce - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 2 teaspoons of salt, black pepper, cumin, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 2
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and rub them with the spice mixture on all sides.
Step 3
Cover the baking sheet with foil, matte side facing up, and place it in an oven preheated to 356°F for 2 hours.
Step 4
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Mix the garlic with the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the remaining butter. Add salt if needed.
Step 6
Remove the ribs from the oven, take off the foil, and brush the ribs with sauce. Switch the oven to the grill mode and increase the temperature to 464°F. Bake the ribs for an additional 5–10 minutes.
Step 7
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with the remaining sauce.
