- Salmon - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 spoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Sesame bun - to taste

Step 1
Prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil, allowing enough overhang to cover the dish later. Place the steaks in the dish. Mix all the marinade ingredients, pour the marinade over the fish, and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
Bake the fish at 356°F: the first 10 minutes covered with foil, and the remaining 20 minutes uncovered until fully cooked.
