- Steaks - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz

Step 1
Rinse the salmon steaks under cold water, season with salt and pepper. I only added salt.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. For this, mix the juice of half a lemon with mayonnaise. Add fish spices to the marinade. Mix well.
Step 3
Coat the salmon steaks with the marinade and let them sit in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and place them on the baking tray.
Step 5
Place the steaks on the baking tray and sprinkle them with cheese. Put in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 25 minutes.
