  • Marinated cherries - 8 pieces
  • Celery stalk - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into large pieces. Season with a mix of freshly ground peppers, lightly salt, and let it marinate for half an hour.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, slice the onion into half-rings, and chop the celery into thin pieces across.

Step 3

Boil the potatoes in their skins until partially cooked. Then cool, peel, and slice them into rounds.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the potatoes, crushed rosemary, salt, and olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onion, and celery. Toss to combine.

Step 5

Spread everything on a baking sheet with the pieces of salmon, ensuring the potatoes are at the bottom.
