Ingredients
- Sea Bass - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - a pinch
- Lemon - 3 slices
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish: wash it, clean it, cut off the fins with scissors, clean the belly, remove the gills, rinse it under running water, and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Make three shallow cuts on each side of the fish, rub the fish with oil and spices, insert lemon slices into the cuts, and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. In a preheated pan with oil, add the vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, then add a tablespoon of sour cream and warm it up.
Step 4
Fill the belly of the fish with the vegetables, place the remaining vegetables in a baking dish, put the fish on top, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
