Oven-Baked Tench with Onions

Ingredients

  • River Fish - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Allspice berries - 4 pieces
  • Lemon - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Fish Oil - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Gut the fish, remove the head and fins, wash thoroughly under running water, and dry with a paper towel.

Peel the onion, wash well, slice half of the onion into half-rings, place in a baking dish, and salt to taste.

Place the fish in the baking dish and salt to taste.
