Oven-Baked Veal Liver
Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chives - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 3
Rinse the liver and remove the membranes.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with foil. Cut the liver into cubes and place it in the foil. Add the onion.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the oil and soy sauce.
Step 6
Press the garlic and add the pepper. Mix well.
Step 7
Pour the sauce over the liver.
Step 8
Gently mix.
Step 9
Cover with foil.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 11
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 12
Remove and let cool slightly.
Step 13
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chives, and serve.
