Ingredients
- Rack of Lamb - 6 lbs
- Salt - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 20 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes - 4 lbs
- Garlic - 1.1 oz
- Rosemary - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the meat with salt and coat it with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add crushed garlic and rosemary.
Step 3
Place in a baking tray and cover with foil.
Step 4
Put in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the foil, pour wine over the meat, turn it over, and add halved potatoes.
Step 6
Cover the meat with foil again and roast for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Take the meat out, remove the foil, turn the meat over, and roast for another 20 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and cut the meat into large pieces.
Step 9
Serve with potatoes.
