Ingredients
- Oxtail - 17.6 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 1 qt
- Onion - 1 head
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts - 3 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cooked oxtails in a pot, cover with broth, and add a little water if the broth does not fully cover the tails. Bring to a boil and add the onion, garlic, and other spices used to prepare the broth. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the liquid reaches the desired consistency.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, potatoes cut into quarters, and diced tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Before serving, add the chopped green beans and cook until they are tender.
Step 3
Serve with rice or noodles.
