  • Ponzu sauce - 0 fl oz

  • Garlic - 0 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ g
  • Cilantro - 0 oz
  • Oyster Mushrooms - 0 fl oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 0 oz
  • Pak choi salad - 1.8 oz
  • Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
  • King Prawns - 1.8 oz
  • Spanish onions - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the ginger dressing. Rinse the mint and cilantro, remove the large stems, and chop the herbs. Rinse the red chili pepper, remove the stem, and dice it into 3 mm cubes. Mince the garlic. Rinse the ginger root, peel it, and grate it. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Step 2

Rinse the pak choi and chop it coarsely. Slice the red onion into feathers. Rinse the fresh tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Boil and peel the shrimp. Arrange the salad, shrimp, and tomato wedges on a plate in a mound, and drizzle with the oyster-ginger dressing.
