Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ginger dressing. Rinse the mint and cilantro, remove the large stems, and chop the herbs. Rinse the red chili pepper, remove the stem, and dice it into 3 mm cubes. Mince the garlic. Rinse the ginger root, peel it, and grate it. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
