Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 10.6 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Spanish onions - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim excess fat from the hearts.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
Step 3
Add cream.
Step 4
Add pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
Step 5
Add mustard oil to the hearts and mix.
Step 6
Add the sauce.
Step 7
Mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Transfer to a preheated skillet and fry over high heat for 3–4 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Add the onion to the skillet. Mix.

Cover with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for another 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer to a plate and serve.
