- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 0.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Butter - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Green Apples - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Kaviar - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the pancake batter. In a deep bowl, pour in the milk, add the eggs, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.

Place each pancake on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Arrange the pancakes on a plate, garnish with the sour cream sauce and caviar.

Sprinkle with green onions.
Step 13
Garnish with cream cheese.

Serve.

Gradually add the flour to the egg-milk mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Place the batter in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

While the batter is rising, prepare the sour cream sauce. Peel the apples and remove the seeds, then cut them into small cubes.

Finely chop the green onions.
Step 6
In a deep bowl, mix the apples, 200 grams of sour cream, 250 grams of cream cheese, and the chopped onions. Stir well.

The sour cream sauce is ready.

Heat a skillet and melt the butter in it. Add the olive oil.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
