- Milk - 32 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add half of the milk, and gradually add the flour. Knead until smooth to avoid lumps.
Step 2
Pour in the remaining milk, add baking soda and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cook the pancakes.
Step 4
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into strips and grate the cheese.
Step 5
Chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Combine with chicken and cheese.
Step 6
Place the filling on the pancakes, roll them up, and warm in the oven for a couple of minutes.
