- Milk - 1 qt
- Chocolate eggs - 10 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 9.9 oz
- Beef chuck roast - 15.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.9 oz
- Herbs - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, crack the eggs (8 pieces), add sugar, salt, and melted butter.
Step 2
Mix until smooth, then pour in warm milk and whisk together.
Step 3
Gradually add the sifted flour while stirring constantly.
Step 4
Finally, add the vegetable oil and mix again. If the batter has lumps, you can strain it or pass it through a sieve.
Step 5
Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes until done.
Step 6
Boil the meat until cooked through.
Step 7
Pass the beef through a meat grinder.
Step 8
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté the beef and finely chopped onion.
Step 9
Transfer to a plate and add the chopped eggs.
Step 10
Use the resulting mixture to fill the pancakes.
Step 11
Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
