Description
If you sift the wheat flour for the pancakes twice, the batter will be more uniform and airy. Pancakes made from such batter will be fluffier and tastier. A non-metallic sieve with the smallest mesh size is used for sifting flour.

- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 22 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Liver - 4.2 oz
- Rice - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Then, beat the yolks with sugar, add milk, melted butter, and curry to the mixture. While stirring, gradually add the flour.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites and add a pinch of salt. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
Step 3
Cook the pancakes on a hot skillet greased with vegetable oil. Fry them only on one side.
Step 4
Rinse the chicken liver, pat it dry, and remove the membrane, then cut it into small pieces.
Step 5
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Sauté the liver with the onion in vegetable oil, add cooked rice, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Place the filling on the browned side of the pancakes and fold them into envelopes. Then, fry the pancakes in vegetable oil.
