Ingredients

  • Pangasius - 3 lbs
  • Water - 10 fl oz
  • Beans - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Safflower Oil - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the pangasius fillet from the fish body and cut it into pieces.

Step 2

Soak the sliced bread in water for 10–15 minutes and peel the onion.

Step 3

Then grind everything in a meat grinder (squeeze out the bread beforehand).

Step 4

Thoroughly mix the resulting minced meat, adding eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Coat in breadcrumbs.

Step 6

When frying, pour a small amount of sunflower oil into the pan.

Step 7

Fry and serve.
