Description
Pangasius in Kefir in a Multicooker
Ingredients
- Pangasius - 2 pieces
- 1% Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
If the pangasius fillet is frozen, thaw it and cut into pieces, place in a bowl, add salt and pepper, pour in the kefir, and mix; I did this by hand. Let it sit.
Step 2
Chop the herbs and add them to the fish.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings or half-rings, as preferred.
Step 4
Place the fish with the sauce into the multicooker bowl and sprinkle the onion on top.
Step 5
Set the 'Stew' mode for 30 minutes.
