- Porcini Mushrooms - 4.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Shallot - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Thyme - 0 oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 1.6 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paccheri Pasta - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pappardelle in salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the porcini mushrooms, shallot, and garlic into small cubes.
Step 3
Sauté the diced mushrooms and vegetables in a hot skillet with butter for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the white wine and simmer for another 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the cream, 45 grams of sour cream, salt, pepper, and simmer for another 1 minute.
Step 6
In the creamy mushroom sauce, add the cooked pappardelle and simmer in the skillet for 1–2 minutes until the pasta is ready, stirring continuously.
Step 7
Twist the finished pasta with a fork into a spiral and place it on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, garnish with a sprig of thyme, and serve.
