Description
In this recipe, the Tefal Optigrill and its baking attachment are used for preparation.
Ingredients
- Beef tongue - 20 oz
- Potato - 25 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 0 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 5 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled potatoes until tender for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the boiled beef tongue.
Step 3
Install the roasting attachment in the Optigrill, select the red temperature level in manual mode. Sauté the chopped onion in a mixture of 10 g of butter and vegetable oil until translucent, then add the minced garlic.
Step 4
Combine the minced meat with the chopped onion and garlic, then add the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. After that, let it cool slightly.
Step 5
Pass the boiled potatoes through a vegetable mill or mash them with a potato masher. In a saucepan, heat the milk with butter, then pour it into the mashed potatoes and stir over low heat to evaporate any excess liquid.
Step 6
Mix a raw egg into the minced meat, transfer it to the baking tray of the Optigrill, spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Select the orange temperature setting in manual mode and cook for 25 minutes.
