Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
- Spaghetti - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the breading, mix the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and chicken seasoning.
Step 2
Coat the chicken breasts on both sides in the breading. Fry in a skillet.
Step 3
Crush 3–4 cloves of garlic. Sauté the garlic until golden. Add the tomato paste and sugar, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream, salt, and pepper to taste and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti.
Step 5
Plate the chicken breasts and spaghetti, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
