Description
This is an old English recipe. Serve the jelly with meat or with crackers.
Ingredients
- Boiling water - 2½ cups
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 10 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar - ½ cup
- Honey - 28.2 oz
- Yellow pectin - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the parsley in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover with a lid and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the parsley infusion, honey, and vinegar. Bring to a boil, add the pectin, and cook, stirring, for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove from heat, skim off the foam, and pour into sterilized jars. Seal tightly and cool.
