Ingredients
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1.2 oz
- Parsley - 8.8 oz
- Flaxseeds - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
In a food processor or blender, combine the walnuts and flaxseeds and blend for about a minute.
Step 3
Add the parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, and 120 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
