Ingredients
- Fermented Milk - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Apple - 1 piece
- Parsnip - 1 piece
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Sugar Syrup - 2 fl oz
- Sea Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the parsnip with arugula, mix the fermented milk and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl, season with table salt and pepper.
Step 2
Combine the apple, parsnip, arugula, and dill in a large bowl, drizzle with vinegar, then mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, and add more vinegar if desired.
Step 3
Pour half of the fermented milk with oil into a large dish. Add the remaining olive oil to the salad, mix well, then place it on top of the fermented milk. Drizzle with the remaining fermented milk, and season with sea salt. Serve immediately.
