Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes - 10 pieces
- Tomato Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red Dry Wine - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water. Any type of pasta works for this recipe.
Step 2
Sauté the quartered cherry tomatoes in olive oil, then add the tomato paste. The tomato paste gives the sauce a rich tomato flavor. Oregano can be added.
Step 3
Add the red wine and wait for it to evaporate.
Step 4
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
