  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10.6 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
  • Broccoli - 7.1 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 100 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First of all, you will need durum wheat flour and eggs in a ratio of 3 eggs for 300 g of flour (for 3 servings). Pour the flour into a mound in a large bowl. Make a small well in the center of the mound and crack the eggs into it. Mix and knead the dough. Roll the dough into thin sheets, cut into rectangles of 10 by 6 cm, and set aside.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. Boil the shrimp. Blend them and season to taste. Spices are welcome, but don't overdo it! Now wrap the blended shrimp in the dough, dust with flour, and cook for about ten minutes.

Step 3

The highlight of this dish is the cream sauce. Without it, the dish will be tasteless, so pay special attention to it. In a blender, puree the broccoli (not boiled) with 50 ml of cream.

Step 4

Heat a skillet and pour in the remaining cream. When it starts to boil, add the pureed broccoli and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir the sauce — it should turn into a homogeneous greenish mass.

Step 5

Serve hot and enjoy!
